PTA Minutes for Meeting of October 12, 2021

Lisa Liss opened the meeting.  Co-Presidents Lisa Liss and Kathy Szwarc, Co-Treasurers Rachel Walker and Daria Gleba, and Co-Secretary Carla Osborn were present. 

Mr. Beugoms gave the Principal’s address.  


Old Business

  • Lisa Liss talked about fundraising and reviewed committees. 

  • Possible Art Party in the spring

  • Event committee - Sunday Social being planned. 

  • Wednesday Coffee Chat at 9 reminder

  • Daria reported the Interim Report from 7/1/2021 - 9/30/2021

  • Recent income

  • Budget Vs Actual 

New Business

  • Kathryn announced the PTA pledge drive running 10/8.

  • New fundraiser for Minted.com announced. 

  • Chipotle Fundraiser to be planned.

  • Picture Day is October 19, 2021

  • Fall Merchandise Sale on October 14th.
